01 — Service

New Fence Installation

Fencing is the work Mercer Precision Construction does most. Parker walks the property line with you, talks through height, layout and gate placement, then digs, sets and builds the fence himself. Every post is set plumb and every run is pulled straight, because a fence that is off by an inch at the corner is off by a foot at the end.

02 — Service

Fence Repair

Not every fence needs to come down. If a few posts have rotted at grade, a section took a hit from a fallen limb, or a gate has dropped out of square, Parker will tell you honestly whether a repair will hold or whether replacing the run is the better spend. Repairs are matched to the existing fence as closely as the materials allow.

Decks & Outdoor Structures

Mercer Precision Construction builds ground-level and raised decks, steps, railings and pergolas. Parker frames them properly — footings where footings belong, joists at the right spacing, fasteners rated for treated lumber — so the deck still feels solid years after the wood has greyed out.

Retaining Walls & Hardscape

Where a yard fights its own slope, a wall fixes it. Parker builds segmental block and timber retaining walls, including the excavation, base prep and backfill that decide whether a wall stays where it was built. Smaller garden and planter walls get the same base preparation as the big ones.

Carpentry & Home Repairs

Parker lists carpentry and home repairs among the work Mercer Precision Construction takes on, interior and exterior. That covers trim and finish carpentry, framing repairs, doors that no longer close, rotted exterior wood, and the accumulated small jobs most homeowners would rather hand to one person who actually shows up.

Mercer Precision Construction's Facebook page describes custom solutions to improve your home, and that is genuinely how Parker works — he likes bringing somebody's idea into the physical world. If your project is not on this list, send a description and a couple of photos. You will get an honest yes, a no, or a referral, not a runaround.

    Bring the Plan to Life

    Once you are happy with the plan, Parker schedules the work and builds it. You will know what is happening as it happens, and the site gets cleaned up at the end.
