Who this policy is from

This website is operated by Mercer Precision Construction, an owner-operated construction business in Lafayette, Indiana, owned by Parker Mercer. Any question about privacy can go straight to Parker at mercerpcc@gmail.com or (765) 404-0280.

What information is collected

The only information this site asks for is what you type into the estimate request form:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• The project address or ZIP code
• The service you need and your description of the project
• Your preferred contact method and rough timeline
• Any photos you choose to attach

Every field is used to reply to you about your project. Nothing is required beyond that.

How that information is used

Estimate requests are emailed to mercerpcc@gmail.com and read by Parker. They are used to prepare your estimate and to contact you about the project. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

If you tick the consent box on the form, you are agreeing that Parker may contact you using the phone number and email address you provided. You can ask him to stop contacting you at any time and he will.

Text messages

If you text (765) 404-0280, or ask to be contacted by text, your carrier’s standard message and data rates apply. Reply asking to stop and you will not be texted again about your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This site currently runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated to name exactly what was added.

Project photos on this site

The project photographs published on this website show completed work. Customer names, street addresses and any other identifying details are deliberately not published. If you are a customer and would prefer a photo of your property removed, email Parker and it will be taken down.

How long information is kept

Estimate requests stay in Parker’s email so he has a record of what was quoted and agreed. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and it will be removed.

Third-party links

This site links to the Mercer Precision Construction Facebook page. Once you follow that link you are on Facebook, and Facebook’s own privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email mercerpcc@gmail.com and Parker will handle it directly.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new review date.
